The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) was created in 1972 and is established in all states under the Older Americans Act. The Ombudsman Program is an effective advocate and resource for older adults and people with disabilities who live in long-term care facilities. This advocacy program provides opportunities for residents and their loved ones to voice problems and concerns that impact their quality of life and care.

Each Friday in September, Catholic Charities Disabilities Services will be conducting open interviews for a variety of positions, including Direct Support Professionals, Community Support Professionals, Residential Site Supervisors and Shift Supervisors.
Interviews will be held Friday, Spetember 10 from 9:00-11:00 AM and from 3:00-6:00 PM at Catholic Charities' offices at 1 Park Place in Albany, NY. Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served [...]
